I view education as a journey. Every person in the classroom has a learning opportunity. As the students learn, so too does the teacher. Each new classroom environment is a new chance to learn something about one's own goals, aspirations, strengths, and weaknesses. Every classroom provides new chalenges and teachable moments.

I believe all teachers should be life-long learners who strive to instill that love of learning in the students with whom they come into contact.
