The Task

In this quest, you will team up in groups of three and explore the power and mystery of cyclones, earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, and tornadoes. As a group, you will choose three acts of nature that your group would like to report on. You will first complete research worksheets to help you understand the 'why' the "how" and the "where" of your choosen natural disaster. Then, you will create a script and posters to display information and pictures to your classmates in a natural disaster report.

Each person will choose a different natural disaster and will be responsible for explaining, in a weather report style, how these amazing acts of nature work from the perspective of one of three roles. Are you ready?
