Task #2

• In this task, your group will learn about the animals that live in the desert. 

• The teacher will begin the task by reading the Cactus Hotel by Brenda Z. Guiberson.

• The recorder prints out 2 of the Animal Fact Sheets.

• The group, as a whole, decides on the two animals they would like to learn about.  The scientist clicks on the links below.

• The group will pick two animals: one nocturnal and one diurnal. 

• The scientist and the group answers the questions from the sheet.

• The recorder writes down the information from the scientist.  Then, the recorder gives the fact sheet to the illustrator to draw pictures of the two animals.
